Some people argue that tourism can bring us amazing income, and should be encouraged. However, some people argue that tourism has many disadvantages.
It is obvious that tourism has much more benefits in many aspects than the traditional industry and agriculture have. However, we can not neglect the fact that tourism really brings us some troubles we have never met before.
As we all know that tourism is called green industry because tourism is one way that can make economy develope faster without worrying about the serious pollution. But with the development of the industry and agriculture, pollution problems may become harder and harder to work out. Moreover, tourism is not only an effecient way to increase the national income but also a good opportunity to those who are unemployed to find a new job. Finally, tourism may give a place or even a country a stage to show themselves, to let all of the world get further recognition of themselves.
What we can't ingore is that tourism exceedingly makes some troubles. Firstly, tourists are sure to disturb the original inhabitants' life in some degree. More people will result in more rubbish, more crowed roads and so on. All of hese make puzzles to the inhabitants living there before. What is worse, too many tourists may also destroy the natural enviornment and hostrical sites. It may be the global people's regret that some cultural heritages cannot recover again such as some marvellous murals in Mogao Caves do not exist now.
So, it is not easy to make the conclusion whether tourism is good or tourism is bad. Both the advantages and the disadvantages should be thought thoroughly and then judge if tourism is proper to a certain place.
